Located high atop a picturesque ridge just west of the Shenandoah Valley on the site of an original 1700s homestead, our farm is shaped by a deep love for the land and a commitment to stewarding it well for generations to come.
Since our farm’s beginning, our mission has remained steadfast:
to produce wholesome food raised naturally and sustainably — food that nourishes both people and the earth.
We believe naturally raised foods are more flavorful, more nutritious, and produced with greater care and integrity. Our fruits, vegetables, poultry, and eggs are intentionally hand-tended and gathered using natural, free-range practices and thoughtful life-cycle management of both plants and animals.
The farm’s open fields and gentle southeast-facing slopes provide fertile ground for abundant gardens, healthy soil, and plenty of wandering room for chickens and other livestock. Over the years, we’ve added high tunnels, expanded growing spaces, and served new communities, and our values have never changed.
